Happy Cinco de Mayo friends! I am a sucker for any holiday that includes parties and decorations. For this year's cinco I need to get a little creative since I can't exactly go out and go "loco", if you know what I mean. So I've decided my husband and I will have a patio party! In preparation I have made some Mexican inspired paper flowers and lovely ambient lighting, all from materials sitting around the house. Here's a sneak peek.
And because I know you are dying to know, we will be dining on guacamole, black bean tacos, and fried bananas. Yummmmm.
Maybe I'll save my tin cans and make these for next year's fiesta:
